We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.
Prime Lash & Brow Boutique requires a debit/credit card to be used to book all appointments. Please note that no card information will be held on file with out the authorized consent of the client.
All Permanent Makeup procedures require a NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit to schedule an appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the procedure and the remaining balance will be due at time of service.
If your cancel your Permanent Makeup procedure for any reason you will forfeit the deposit and a new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.
Prime Lash & Brow Boutique requires that in the event you have to cancel your appointment you contact the boutique within 24 hours (48 hours for permanent makeup procedures) prior to the start of your scheduled appointment or you may be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service ($100 for permanent makeup 2nd session).
While there is no fee for late arrivals under 15 minutes, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints and you will be expected to pay the full service fee.
Clients arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment Prime Lash & Brow Boutique has the right to cancel your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for scheduled appointment and fail to notify the boutique, you will be considered a "No Call, No Show" and a 100% service fee will be charged.
"No Call, No Shows" will be required to prepay prior to booking future appointments.
Prime Lash & Brow Boutique reserves the right to refuse scheduling services to clients with previous "No Shows"

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact the boutique within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. Concerns addressed after 72 hours may be subject to a service fee.
